Sponsorship Valuation Calculator User Manual

Overview

The Sponsorship Valuation Calculator is a tool designed to help estimate the value of sponsorship items for events, partnerships, or marketing campaigns.

Step 1: Add Your Sponsorship Items

  1. Click "Add Another Asset".

  2. Fill in the form:

    • Name of Asset (e.g., "Stage Banner").

    • Category: Premium, High Value, or Awareness.

    • Type: Naming Rights, Signage, Speaking Spot, etc.

    • Quantity: Specify how many are available.

    • Estimated Impressions: Number of views or exposures.

    • Valuation Method: CPM, Flat Rate, CPC, or CPE.

    • Rate Value: Cost per impression or total price.

    • Extra Notes (optional).

  3. Click "Save Asset".

  4. Repeat for all assets.

Step 2: Enter Audience Details

  1. Go to the "Audience" tab.

  2. Fill out:

    • Total Attendees (on-site people).

    • Digital Reach (online/social media reach).

    • Audience Type (e.g., Executives, Gen Z).

    • Buying Power: Low, Medium, High, or Decision Makers.

    • Extra Notes (optional).

  3. Click "Continue to Brand Fit".

Step 3: Rate Brand Fit

  1. Go to the "Brand Fit" tab.

  2. Adjust sliders for:

    • Audience-Brand Match.

    • Exclusivity Level.

    • Emotional Impact.

  3. Add extra notes if needed.

  4. Click "Calculate Valuation".

Step 4: View Results

  1. Access the "Results" tab.

  2. Review:

    • Total Sponsorship Value.

    • Tangible vs. Intangible Breakdown.

    • ROI options: 1:1, 2:1, or 3:1.

    • Add Hard Costs such as printing or setup.

    • Detailed pricing table.

    • Brand Fit Multipliers.

  3. Save or export:

    • "Export Report" to download.

    • "Save Scenario" (if enabled).
