Memberships are annual and renew on the anniversary date of signup unless otherwise specified.

4. Payment & Refund Policy

All fees are due upon signup. All sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any reason.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

No Guarantee: Sponsorship Lounge makes no guarantee of results, sponsorship amounts, or outcomes.
Limitation: Sponsorship Lounge is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits.
Maximum Liability: Limited to the membership amount paid during the active term.

6. Intellectual Property

All resources are for personal business use only and remain the intellectual property of Sponsorship Lounge. Redistribution is prohibited.

7. Miscellaneous

This agreement is binding and governed by the laws of the state in which Sponsorship Lounge operates. This is the full agreement between parties.
